The Genuine BMW Rear Bumper Diffuser is a direct replacement part for the E46 models featuring the M Sport or M Aerodynamics Package (S338A or S716A). As an original BMW part, it ensures the quality and fitment expected from the manufacturer. It is important to note that BMW has consolidated production to a single mold that features a single-tip exhaust cutout. While US-spec ZHP models and some European variants have dual-tip cutouts, this new part will require modification to fit dual-tip exhausts. Existing inventory may still feature the pre-cut dual-tip design, but once depleted, all units will be single-tip cutouts requiring user modification for dual-tip applications. This change ensures the part fits a wider range of E46 models, including those with single-tip exhausts, while still allowing for adaptation to dual-tip setups. The part is manufactured in Germany and is considered a Genuine BMW component, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality.
