Zumbrota Drivetrain Manual Transmissions are rebuilt using a 3-step inspection process to ensure high quality and OEM specifications. This includes pre-inspection for case cracks and wear, measuring components, and extensive testing of shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizers. Seals are replaced, and units are dyno-tested for operation, shiftability, and noise. An exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary deep cleaning are also part of the remanufacturing process.
