The VIS Racing M Tech Style Spoiler is a custom-fit body component designed to enhance the aesthetics of the BMW E90 4-door sedan models from 2006 to 2008. Constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber, this spoiler utilizes a two-part manufacturing process that bonds the top carbon fiber layer with high-grade epoxy resin. It is then finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating, providing a durable, high-gloss appearance. The underside features a one-piece, smooth shell that is fused to the top layer, significantly improving the product's structural integrity. VIS Racing has further refined its manufacturing process with the introduction of the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.). This method uses a single-mold vacuum to create parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable than previous methods. The company is transitioning its entire carbon fiber product line to this V.I.P. process to offer these advancements without a substantial price increase. This spoiler is intended for off-road use only, unless local and state laws permit otherwise. Hood pins are required due to the unknown nature of the intended uses of these products. It is specifically designed for the 2006, 2007, and 2008 BMW 3 Series E90 4-door models.
