The Rough Country M1 Monotube Shock Absorbers offer a significant upgrade to your truck's off-road performance. These shocks feature a monotube design, charged with high-pressure nitrogen, which provides substantial resistance to shock fade even during aggressive off-roading. The internal floating piston design ensures the shock oil and nitrogen remain separate, resulting in a lightning-fast reaction with no cavitation for unbridled vibration damping. Each M1 Monotube Shock Absorber is constructed with a brushed and galvanized steel body, featuring passivation sealing technology to withstand the elements. The internal 46mm digressive piston ensures durability, and the shock is designed to be mounted body-up for an enhanced aesthetic. Key features include a 46mm monotube design for consistent, fade-free performance, digressive valving for instant reaction to changing surface conditions, and zinc plating for resistance against harsh elements. The shocks also utilize durable vulcanized natural rubber bushings and have a collapsed length of 13.97 inches and an extended length of 22.9 inches. These shocks are compatible with 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD (2WD and 4WD) and 2001-2010 GMC Sierra 2500 HD (2WD and 4WD) models. Installation is estimated to take 1-2 hours. The product comes with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty covering leaks, diminished dampening, and breakage.
