Overview

The "The Kangaroos" M104 turbo manifold is a cast iron exhaust manifold designed for high-end builders seeking significant power gains.

Constructed from Ni Resist material for superior anti-rust qualities, it features a T4 twin scroll flange and a 50mm wastegate outlet. This manifold is engineered to support high horsepower with its large runner diameter and is rated for boost pressures up to 45psi.

Each package includes a block plate, gasket, bolts, and a plate for welding a wastegate v-band flange.

The Kangaroos M104 turbo manifold is a newly developed component for the M104 engine, engineered for high-end builders aiming for substantial power increases. Its design prioritizes material grade and casting quality, offering a superior sample for optimal results. The manifold is constructed from Ni Resist material, which provides enhanced anti-rust properties compared to standard nodular iron. It features a T4 twin scroll flange, with adaptors to T3 available separately. The design supports high horsepower applications through its large runner diameter and is capable of handling up to 45psi of boost. A 50mm outlet is included for the wastegate. However, warranty claims for cracked manifolds will not be honored without proof of sufficient bracing and support. Additionally, failing to install a flexible coupling on your downpipe will void the warranty. The use of a turbo support/brace is advised for heavier turbochargers such as the Holset Hx35/Hx40.
