MoTeC's M130 ECU ushers in a new era of engine control with its unique technology, redefining customization and delivering total control without compromise. Advanced security strategies make these ECUs ideal for a wide range of applications, from those managed by strict racing categories to completely unrestricted builds. The M130 is a Port Injection ECU designed for comprehensive control over most modern engines. This ECU boasts extensive Input/Output capabilities, including 8 Peak & Hold injector drivers, 8 lowside ignition outputs, 2 lowside auxiliary outputs, and 6 half-bridge outputs. It also features 7 universal digital inputs, 8 analog voltage inputs, 4 analog temperature inputs, and 2 knock inputs. Data logging is handled by 120 MB of memory, and communication is facilitated via a single CAN bus. The M130 is housed in a robust magnesium enclosure, measuring 107 x 127 x 39 mm and weighing just 290g. It utilizes two waterproof connectors: one 34-pin and one 26-pin. The ECU is powered by a latest-generation high-performance processor and is compatible with modern engines featuring Drive-by-Wire (DBW), Cam control, and a CAN bus. Software for tuning and configuration is Microsoft Windows™-based, with 'Tune' for adjustments and 'Build' for creating custom packages. Customization is a core tenet of the M130. Users can select from various logging options, from Level 1 (included) to Level 3 and Pro Analysis upgrades, each offering increased channel counts and sample rates. Furthermore, ECU Packages (firmware and tuning data) are required and available separately, with options ranging from General Purpose (GP) packages to specific Partner or Category packages, as well as a Development License for advanced users. This flexibility allows for tailored solutions for diverse engine builds and control strategies.
