The MoTeC M142 is a comprehensive plug-and-play ECU package designed for 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X vehicles equipped with either a manual or SST dual-clutch transmission. This standalone system integrates seamlessly with the factory engine harness and OE CAN bus, maintaining essential vehicle operation and dash functionality. This system provides advanced control over fuel, ignition, throttle, and camshaft timing. Key features include support for Flex Fuel, individual cylinder knock control, closed-loop fueling, and motorsports-specific strategies such as launch control, flat shift, and anti-lag. It also offers integration with Bosch motorsport ABS and can manage factory cruise control using existing steering wheel inputs. Installation requires consideration of the specific ECU variant, as the M150 is required for SST-equipped vehicles. Please note that this product is intended for closed-course competition use only and does not meet federal emissions requirements. Professional tuning or training is highly recommended to achieve optimal results.
