The Weistec M156 ROW Airbox Set is a direct replacement for the factory US spec airboxes on Mercedes AMG M156 engines. It features a higher flowing mass air flow sensor housing profile compared to restrictive US spec versions.

Installation is quick and simple, providing a more aggressive sound note, better throttle response, and an improved power band. This set includes two airboxes (left and right sides) and brand new mass air flow sensors.

The Weistec M156 ROW Airbox Set is engineered to replace the restrictive US Spec Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor housings found on Mercedes AMG M156 engines. These ROW (Rest of the World) airboxes feature a significantly higher flowing MAF housing profile, allowing the engine to breathe more freely. Upon starting the engine, users can expect a more aggressive sound note, improved throttle response, and an enhanced power band due to the increased airflow. This airbox set is particularly beneficial for vehicles equipped with Stage 1 or Stage 2 M156 Supercharger Systems, significantly improving their flow characteristics. For Stage 3 supercharger systems, the ROW Airboxes are explicitly a requirement. The ROW Airboxes come as a complete set of two, including both left and right sides, and are supplied with brand new mass air flow sensors. For optimal performance gains, Weistec recommends combining this airbox set with their M156 ECU Upgrade and M156 High Flow Air Filters. These airboxes are not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. This product fits the following: 2007-2009, 2010-2011 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG Roadster (R230) NA 6.2L V8 (M156), 2007 Mercedes-Benz R63 AMG Base (W251) NA 6.2L V8 (M156), and 2011 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG Base (W164) NA 6.2L V8 (M156).
