The RENNtech Stainless Steel Headers are engineered to enhance the performance of M156 - 63 AMG engines, specifically for the 216 CL 63 AMG and 221 S 63 AMG models. These headers are meticulously hand-built using mandrel-bent, seamless tubing and feature CNC-machined stainless steel flanges for a precise fit and superior durability. Constructed from the highest quality T-304 stainless steel, these headers are also ceramic coated. This coating serves a dual purpose: reducing latent heat within the engine compartment and providing enhanced resistance against thermal stress. The advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and flow-analysis software employed by RENNtech ensures substantial performance gains across the entire RPM range. These headers offer a true bolt-on installation, mounting directly to the factory down pipes, which simplifies the installation process.
