M190 Engine Management System

The MoTeC M190 is a professional-grade engine control unit built to redefine customization in modern engine management. Featuring 12 peak and hold injector drivers, 10 half-bridge outputs, and a robust array of digital and analog inputs, this ECU provides total control over complex systems, including drive-by-wire (DBW), multiple CAN buses, and sophisticated camshaft control. The device is housed in a compact, durable magnesium enclosure and utilizes high-specification Autosport connectors for reliable racing performance. At the core of the M190 is a powerful, latest-generation processor that supports customizable firmware and flexible tuning through Microsoft Windows-based M1 Tune software. Users can further tailor functionality or develop unique control strategies using M1 Build software. Security is managed via public-key cryptography, ensuring that ECU functions remain protected from unauthorized tampering. The system includes 250 MB of internal logging memory, which can be expanded with additional licensing levels for higher sample rates and channel counts. Please note that the M190 requires an additional purchased ECU Package or Development License for operation, as the ECU must be licensed for a specific project. Advanced features like high-speed data logging, Pro Analysis functionality, and multi-user access logins are enabled through separate software licenses.
