M20 Motor and Transmission Mount Set

The Garagistic E30 M20 80A Polyurethane Motor Mounts and Trans Set is engineered for dual-purpose track cars that also see street use. Constructed from 80A durometer polyurethane, these mounts provide a stiffer upgrade compared to standard rubber, but are less noisy than delrin alternatives, striking a balance between performance and daily drivability. The primary benefit of this kit is its ability to significantly reduce engine and transmission movement under load, such as during hard braking or acceleration. This enhanced stability leads to a more responsive feel and allows for more efficient power transmission. The Garagistic design prevents separation of the motor and transmission mounts. These mounts are also oil-resistant and come with a lifetime warranty. This kit is compatible with most M20 powered E30 models, specifically the 323, 325e, 325i, and 325IS. However, it will NOT fit the IX models. Garagistic highly recommends reinforcing your subframe when performing this upgrade, with an option available for added savings.
