The BimmerWorld M50 Manifold Adapter Kit serves as a solution for S52 and M52 OBDII engines, which utilize a factory intake plenum tuned primarily for low-end torque. By replacing this narrow plenum with the higher-volume M50 intake manifold, the engine can sustain power more effectively through the upper RPM range, addressing the common issue of power drop-off near redline. This comprehensive kit includes silicone oil separator and idle valve adapter boots, fuel rail adapter plates, an oil separator to valve cover hose, throttle body adapter and seal, oil dipstick bracket, vacuum lines with a T-fitting, plenum gaskets, and hose clamps. Please note that this kit does not include the plenum itself, nor the oil separator or idle valve. Installation of this kit is an involved project and professional mechanical experience is highly recommended, as minor tweaking for your specific vehicle configuration may be required. Fuel rail adapter plates are compatible with 92-95 fuel rail covers; otherwise, modification to your existing fuel rail cover may be necessary to accommodate the larger plenum runners.
