The Active Autowerke E36 BMW 328i Performance Software Tune is a meticulously crafted upgrade designed to unlock additional performance and enhance fuel efficiency in your M52 powered 328i. This software carefully remaps the DME, making precise adjustments to the air/fuel ratio and ignition timing tables. These changes result in a notable gain of approximately 15 horsepower and 12 lb.-ft. of torque, offering a sportier throttle response and smoother power delivery throughout the RPM band. The tune is optimized for 91-93 octane fuel, allowing you to tap into your BMW's true potential without compromising efficiency. A key feature for manual transmission owners is the increased RPM limit, providing access to more usable power that was previously restricted by stock parameters. This software is also compatible with off-road applications and cars without catalytic converters. To facilitate installation, Active Autowerke includes a Simon2 Flashing Cable at no additional charge. This allows for a more straightforward software installation process.
