The BMW M54 Individual Throttle Body (ITB) Intake Kit is designed to significantly enhance the performance and auditory experience of your BMW E46 M54 engine. This kit offers a glorious induction sound unlike any other, coupled with substantial improvements in performance and throttle response. It is most effective when complemented by supporting engine modifications, offering improved idle quality, smooth low-RPM drivability, and increased power across the entire rev range, particularly at high RPM. The kit includes a real carbon fiber plenum. Installation is straightforward, with the kit supplied with standard M50/42/44 cables, allowing for a direct bolt-on application without the need for fabrication or additional brackets. It can be easily assembled with basic hand tools. The kit offers two configurations: with the Carbon Plenum, which allows the use of the stock ECU and MAF without requiring tuning; or with open trumpets, which necessitates a standalone ECU for maximum performance gains.
