M54B30 G1 Supercharger System

The ESS Tuning M54B30 G1 supercharger system represents decades of M54 forced induction expertise, delivering a significant performance upgrade. This complete kit is designed to produce 330 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque at 7 psi of boost, utilizing the efficient, durable, and lightweight ESS G1 supercharger unit. It features a robust main bracket design with improved structural rigidity, a three-roller belt drive system for enhanced traction, and one-piece silicone discharge hoses. Included components comprise the ESS G1 supercharger unit, a 6PK belt drive system with a specific M54B30 SC drive ratio, bypass valve, auto-tensioner, CNC-machined brackets, silicone hoses, Siemens 355cc fuel injectors, and a K&N cold air intake. The ESS E-Flash OBD2 interface and software are provided for optimized ECU tuning, including recalibrated throttle and VANOS control, and removal of the top speed governor where legally permissible. The E-Flash system allows for software updates and diagnostics via PC. Installation is a 4-6 hour, 100% bolt-on process requiring only normal hand tools and no irreversible modifications. The system maintains all OBD-II functions and is backed by a 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty. It requires 91AKI/95RON fuel or higher, with 93AKI/98RON recommended for peak performance. Intended applications include the E46 330i, 330i ZHP, E39 530i, and Z4 3.0i (E85). Please note: This kit *does not fit* with E46 bi-xenon OEM headlights.
