The Rawtek Performance Fabrication Inc. DPF Delete downpipe is designed to increase the performance and reliability of your BMW 335d by eliminating the restrictive Diesel Particulate Filter system. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with an 11-gauge, 3.5-inch OD tubing, this downpipe allows for more free-flowing exhaust. It features a laser-cut turbo flange and a concentric reducer to a 3-inch OD outlet.

The Rawtek DPF Delete Downpipe is engineered to enhance the performance and reliability of your BMW 335d (2009-2011) by eliminating the restrictive Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) system, allowing for improved exhaust flow. Constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel, this downpipe features 3.5" OD, 11-gauge tubing with a concentric reducer to 3" OD. It incorporates the "world's most reliable aftermarket flex pipe" and a laser-cut turbo flange, ensuring optimal exhaust gas flow. Rawtek builds these downpipes twice as thick as competing products for enhanced durability in severe environments, while also helping to reduce under-hood temperatures and noise. Stainless steel installation hardware is included. When combined with the required software tune, this kit offers significant performance gains, potentially up to 342 whp and 504 wtq, and contributes to longer turbo life by removing the DPF. Installation is estimated to take approximately 6-8 hours, depending on experience and tools. It is crucial to note that this kit requires a DPF and SCR (AdBlue) delete tune; these are not included. Failure to tune the ECM will result in improper vehicle operation and fault codes. The product is designed specifically for North American spec BMW 335d vehicles (2009-2011) equipped with a DPF.
