M6x V8 E30 Engine Swap Motor Mounts

The Garagistic M6x V8 E30 Engine Swap Conversion Motor Mounts are specifically engineered for integrating BMW's M60/M62 V8 engines into the E30 chassis. This kit allows for the installation of V8 engines from models like the E34 540i, E32 740i, E39 530i, 540i, or M5 without requiring permanent modifications to the car. Constructed with 1/4 plate steel and fully welded to certified standards, these motor mounts are incredibly strong and CAD-designed for optimal performance. The mounts come powdercoated black for durability and aesthetics. The kit includes 10.9 grade subframe hardware and optional subframe spacers. These spacers can be used to lower the subframe, which helps to maintain a straighter driveline, increase under-hood clearance for plastic covers, and accommodate the E32/E34 radiator reservoir. The mounts offer two distinct mounting positions. The front mounting points can be utilized if you wish to prevent the engine from contacting the firewall. Alternatively, the rear mounting points can be used for improved weight distribution and increased space in front of the engine, beneficial for cooling or when using X5 headers. Please note that X5 or milled down oil housings are required for installation.
