The WARN M8274-S 10,000 lb. Its high-output 6 HP motor and included synthetic rope provide a substantial 10,000 lbs. of pulling capacity, making it suitable for heavy-duty rigs and challenging recovery situations. Construction highlights include a restyled high-strength polymer control pack housing and an ergonomic stainless steel clutch T-handle for intuitive operation. Durability is enhanced with two Oilite bushings on the pinion gear assembly and an upgraded bolt-and-washer assembly on the brake shaft. The winch features an IP68-rated Albright electrical contactor for superior waterproof protection and is assembled in Clackamas, Oregon. Installation is considered moderately difficult and may require custom mounting solutions depending on the vehicle and bumper setup. While it offers universal fitment, some adaptation may be necessary, and wiring experience is recommended. The winch comes with a wired remote control.
