M90 Billet Bypass Valve

The ZZP M90 Billet Bypass Valve is engineered to enhance both the look and function of your M90 supercharged vehicle's engine bay. Crafted from durable billet aluminum, it boasts a serviceable and replaceable diaphragm, ensuring consistent and reliable boost holding capabilities for worry-free operation. This bypass valve, also known as a bypass actuator, offers a modular design allowing its housing to be rotated to accommodate various setups. The assembly includes etched billet housing, stainless steel hardware, and a powder-coated aluminum bracket for a premium finish. Installation is straightforward, with the valve including 1/4" vacuum hose and zip ties for completion. The ZZP M90 Billet Bypass Valve is designed to fit Gen 3 and Gen 5 M90 superchargers. Specifically, it is compatible with the following vehicles: 97-08 Pontiac Grand Prix, 97-04 Buick Regal GS, 04-05 Chevy Monte Carlo SS, 04-05 Chevy Impala SS, 96-03 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, and 95-99 Buick Riviera. A fitment note for Gen 5 superchargers indicates that clearance can be tight, especially with an intercooler; the cap can be rotated if needed to address hood clearance concerns.
