M90 Billet Bypass Valve

This component is constructed from durable billet aluminum and features a serviceable diaphragm, ensuring reliable boost hold and worry-free operation for your M90 supercharged vehicle. The modular design allows you to rotate the housing for a custom fit to your specific setup. The valve is further enhanced with an etched billet housing, stainless steel hardware, and a powder-coated aluminum bracket, making it a perfect addition to your blower build. Installation is straightforward, with the valve including 1/4" vacuum hose and zip ties to complete the process. This part is also known as a bypass actuator and is designed to fit Gen 3 and Gen 5 M90 superchargers. Specific vehicle fitments include the 1997-2008 Pontiac Grand Prix, 1997-2004 Buick Regal GS, 2004-2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, 2004-2005 Chevrolet Impala SS, 1996-2003 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, and 1995-1999 Buick Riviera. Please note that fitment on Gen 5 superchargers can be tight, and while the cap and top fitting can be rotated, hood clearance may be limited when an intercooler is installed.
