The Bad News Racing BNR Boost Controller is a custom boost controller designed for the 2016+ Chevrolet Cruze 1.4T and Malibu 1.5L models. It utilizes a genuine MAC solenoid for faster, smoother, and more consistent boost control. This controller eliminates fluctuations from the OEM system, providing stable and repeatable boost control suitable for both stock and high-boost applications.

Constructed with Viton spools and seals lubricated with Dow Corning silicone grease, this boost controller is built for long life. It features a waterproof design with a sealed manual override and a waterproof grommet for the wiring harness. Rated for up to 120PSI with ultra-fast response times, it mounts in the stock location and plugs directly into the factory wiring harness. The kit includes a custom aluminum mounting bracket and stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance.

This custom boost controller aims to deliver faster, smoother, and more consistent boost delivery compared to the stock system. At its core is a genuine MAC solenoid, chosen for its performance and reliability. The primary benefit of this controller is its ability to eliminate the boost fluctuations often found in OEM boost control systems. This results in stable and repeatable boost pressure, which is crucial for optimal tuning, whether you are running stock boost levels or pushing for significant power gains in high-performance builds.
