The Smarty S-03 programmer by MADS Electronics is designed for 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Cummins Turbodiesel engines. It features ten performance levels with CaTCHER software, offering increased power and improved fuel economy. Key features include fast ECM downloads, ABS tire height updates, non-traceable operation in stock settings, cold weather 3-cylinder high idle, DTC reading, and free USB updates. It can also be stacked with other fueling boxes for greater gains.
