MAFKIT MAF Trigger Methanol Injection System

The AlkyControl 6GCAM-MAFKIT is an underhood methanol injection system engineered for enhanced performance in specific Camaro models. This system is designed to work with factory superchargers, including those from ZL1, Whipple, Eforce, and Magnuson. It features a MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor trigger that activates the methanol injection based on the air flowing through the MAF sensor, ensuring precise delivery. A built-in delay circuit eliminates fuel pooling into the charge pipe when the MAF sensor calibrates upon ignition startup. The system incorporates a PAC Progressive controller, a modified pump specifically for methanol, and pre-assembled stainless braided hoses. It includes a complete wiring harness with all necessary components and installation instructions, complete with tuning tips. The MAF trigger activation is designed to reduce charge air temperatures by over 80%, allowing tuners to safely increase engine timing and consequently, horsepower. Methanol's properties, equivalent to 110 octane fuel, effectively prevent detonation, while also helping to keep the engine cleaner by removing carbon deposits from pistons. This kit is compatible with 2016+ Camaro SS models and 2017+ Camaro ZL1 models. Optional nozzle configurations include Single M10, Single M15, Dual 10+10, Dual 10+15, and Dual 15+15, catering to different performance goals, with dual nozzle options supporting over 800 RWHP.
