The MagnaFlow 51103 is a direct-fit catalytic converter with free-flowing mandrel-bent tubing and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. It is designed to fit and function like OE equipment and meets or exceeds Federal emissions requirements for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with California or Federal/EPA Emission systems. It is not legal for sale or installation in California, Colorado, or New York.
