This kit features both a magnetic drain plug and a non-magnetic fill plug, providing dual protection by attracting and separating abrasive ferrous metal particles that can circulate within the Haldex fluid. The strong magnets within the drain plug are crucial for capturing metallic debris before it can cause wear to critical drivetrain components. This magnetic plug set is suitable for all recent Haldex all-wheel-drive cars and SUVs, across all engine types. Specific confirmed applications include VW Golf 8 & 8.5, Mk8 Golf R (2022+), Mk7 & Mk7.5 Golf R (2015-2021), Mk7 & Mk7.5 Sportwagen AWD, Mk7 & Mk7.5 Alltrack, and Mk6 Golf 6 R (2012-2013). It also fits Audi models such as the 8J TTRS, 8S TTRS, 8V S3, 8Y S3, and the MK3 TT (2014+), along with the Volkswagen Arteon, Passat (B8), R32 (Mk5), T-Roc, and Tiguan (Mk2). SEAT Ateca Cupra (2009-2014) and Tarraco (2018+), and Skoda Superb III (2018+) are also compatible.
