Magnum BB Chevy Aluminum Cylinder Heads 305cc

The Air Flow Research 2100-1 Magnum series cylinder head is engineered for BB Chevy engines, offering enhanced performance for moderate street or street/strip applications. These aluminum heads feature 305cc intake runners and 121cc combustion chambers, designed to support displacements up to 509 cubic inches and operation at or below 6500 RPM. The intake runners and exhaust ports have undergone partial CNC machining, while the combustion chambers are available with partial or full CNC machining for optimized airflow. The 2100-1 heads come equipped with substantial valves, including 2.250" intake valves and 1.880" exhaust valves. The internal components include PAC Racing solid roller valve springs with a .850" maximum lift, capable of handling RPMs between 7400-7600. Other features include Manley 10° steel retainers, ARP rocker studs, adjustable guide plates, and Viton valve seals, all contributing to durability and performance. Installation notes indicate that a 1" longer head bolt may be required for the four bottom exhaust bolt holes. Compatibility is specified for BB Chevy engines.
