The aFe POWER Magnum FORCE Stage-1 Cold Air Intake System is engineered to enhance the performance and sound of your compatible BMW 545i or 645Ci. This system utilizes a CAD-designed intake tract and a PRO Dry S air filter, which offers maximum convenience as it is oil-free and washable for long-term use. The filter is constructed with three layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media, providing excellent filtration and dust-holding capacity, while a urethane bump seal ensures a leak-free fit. Constructed with a durable 18-gauge, powder-coated heat shield, this intake system is designed to reduce intake air temperature by shielding it from engine bay heat. It also features a unique 3-angle filter adaptor that smooths the transition of air into the intake tract, contributing to better overall performance. The filter itself is encased in a full 360-degree urethane frame for a robust and proper OE-style fit. This Magnum FORCE Stage-1 intake is specifically designed for the 2004-2005 BMW 545i (E60) and 2004-2005 BMW 645Ci (E63/E64), both equipped with the N62 V8 4.4L Gas engine. It is compatible with both automatic and manual transmissions, as well as RWD Sedan, Convertible, and Coupe body styles for these models.
