Overview
This forged aluminum piston features a compensated ring groove for improved oil control and combustion efficiency, as well as an expansion-controlled design to reduce engine noise and emissions. It also includes MAHLE's GRAFAL® anti-friction coating to significantly reduce friction and wear on the cylinder bore. The piston is designed with a dish style and no valve reliefs, and uses a floating wrist pin.
This piston is sold individually, with 8 required per application. Piston rings are not included. It is designed for a stock engine stroke and a bore of 3.858 inches (98.000mm) with a 4.130-inch stroke.
