The Mahle Original 301-0007 is a set of individual plasma-moly steel piston rings designed for V8 engines with a 4.045 in. bore. These file-fit rings feature a 1.2mm thickness and are constructed from SAE 9254 steel with a proprietary plasma face coating. The set includes the top ring only and is sold as 8 sets. These rings offer enhanced tensile strength, hardness, and fatigue resistance, aiming to extend engine life and reduce wear.
