Description

The Mahle 4035MS-112 is a set of performance piston rings designed for a 4.030" bore size, with an additional .005" allowance for a 4.035" fit. These rings feature standard tension and a file-fit design, with dimensions of 1.0mm, 1.0mm, and 2.0mm for the top, second, and oil rings, respectively.

Mahle's design incorporates ultra-flat ring flanks to maximize sealing between the ring and piston. The top rings are constructed from ductile iron with a positive twist and a barrel-faced plasma-moly inlay, while the second rings have a specific design to complement this system.
