The Mahle PowerPak Plus pistons are designed as a complete drop-in piston assembly, including a performance piston ring set. Mahle utilizes over 80 years of piston manufacturing experience, from OEM to Formula 1 racing, employing advanced technology. These pistons feature anti-friction skirt coating for reduced drag, are forged from aluminum alloy for high strength and reduced piston-to-wall clearance, and incorporate a forced pin oiler for increased wrist pin lubrication. Pin bores are CNC precision-machined. The set includes 21mm high-quality steel wrist pins, a 1.2, 1.5, 2.0mm performance ring set with a steel nitrided top ring, and race-proven round wire locks.
