MIA's Description

Mahle pistons are a finished drop-in forged piston assembly. Includes a performance piston ring set (requires gapping). Mahle has over 80 years of piston manufacturing experience (OEM to Formula 1). Features anti-friction skirt coating, 4032 low expansion aluminum alloy forging for high strength and reduced piston-to-wall clearance, forced pin oiling for wrist pin lubrication, and CNC precision-machined pin bores. Includes High-Quality Steel Wrist Pin, Performance 1.5, 1.5, 3.0mm file-fit ring set, and Race Proven Round Wire Locks. All MAHLE Motorsports pistons are dual or triple coated for protection and consistent performance.
