Overview

Mahle Motorsports S85 pistons are forged for strength, light weight, and low drag, designed for boosted applications with a lower compression ratio (10.2:1) and a larger 92.50mm bore (2nd overbore, factory 1st oversize is 92.19mm). They are engineered to higher standards than OEM cast pistons, offering superior performance under extreme conditions like heat and detonation. Features Grafal coating on skirts for reduced drag/friction and phosphate coating on other surfaces. Includes a ring set, wrist pins, and circlips. Made in the USA.
