Mahle pistons were designed as a completely finished drop in forged piston assembly. These Mahle pistons are forged from 2618 low expansion aluminum alloy for high strength and reduced piston to wall clearance, featuring an anti-friction skirt coating. They include a .927" High-Quality Steel Wrist Pin, Performance 1.0, 1.0, 2.0mm file-fit performance ring set, and Race Proven Round Wire Locks. Designed for Chevrolet Small Block 430ci engines with a 4.135 inch bore, 4.000 inch crankshaft stroke, and 6.000 inch rod length, achieving a 14.2:1 compression ratio with 64cc heads. This set includes 8 pistons and rings.
