Description

The Clevite MS-1590P-.50MM is a set of main bearings designed as a direct replacement for specific applications. These bearings are constructed from TM-1 material and are grooved for enhanced oiling. The set includes five bearings and is designed for crankshafts that are 0.020 inches or 0.50mm undersize.

These P-Series main bearings are intended for high-revving engines and feature higher eccentricity and a high crush factor to compensate for distortion and high loads. They are built with a steel back for support, a cast copper-lead lining to handle engine operation loads, and an electroplated babbitt overlay for superior running surface qualities. Many applications feature full-circle oil grooves for improved lubrication.
