Overview

The Clevite P-Series engine crankshaft main bearing set is a TM-77 material bearing designed for Ford 4-cylinder applications with a 0.50mm undersize. This bearing features an exclusive three-layer design capable of carrying max loads of up to 12,000 psi, consisting of a copper-lead alloy layer, a precision steel back layer, and an electroplated white layer.

Ideal for rebuilding engines where more demanding use is anticipated, such as heavy duty, motorsports, or street performance. As it is the most versatile replacement, Clevite engine bearing P-Series is suitable for most OE applications. Due to the increased load capacity of the Tri-Metal design, it is a suitable upgrade from Bi-Metal engine bearings.
