Description

These aftermarket main caps are CNC machined from high strength ductile material. They are designed to strengthen factory 2-bolt and 4-bolt blocks. The side bolts are angled to pull from the side walls of the block, preventing "cap walk" which can cause bearing damage and horsepower loss. Only 0.030" material removal is required upon initial installation, allowing for 100% cleanup on damaged blocks. A drill bushing is included for drilling and tapping side bolt holes. Installation of Milodon main studs is recommended for maximum strength.
