Constructed from a single piece of mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, it ensures a full-diameter, unobstructed path for air, recommended for the 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI engines. This design delivers significantly improved air flow for enhanced engine efficiency. This Hi-Flo Air Charge Pipe, when paired with the NEUSPEED Hi-Flo Turbo Discharge Pipe, effectively removes the last major restriction in the turbocharger's discharge plumbing. It features a billet pressure sensor fitting and includes a mounting support bracket for secure installation. The pipe is finished in a black wrinkle powder coat and is proudly designed and engineered in Camarillo, California, with manufacturing in the USA. Installation is straightforward, described as a simple bolt-on part with no vehicle modifications required. The specific fitment includes the 2013.5-up VW Jetta GLI and Beetle Turbo 2.0TSI (210 HP, Engine Codes: CPLA, CPPA), as well as the 2014-up VW Jetta and Passat 1.8 TSI (Engine Codes: CPKA, CPRA).
