Each unit is manufactured using mandrel-bent, mild steel tubing and features thick, surface-ground flanges to resist warping and ensure a secure seal. This particular model includes the Armor Coat finish, a 2026-degree F metallic-ceramic coating that resists rust, corrosion, and discoloration, while also helping to lower underhood temperatures. This header is specifically compatible with 1984-1989 Toyota Pickups and 4Runner models equipped with 2.2L (20R/22R) or 2.4L (RE/REC) engines. Please note that this part is designed exclusively for 5-speed manual transmission configurations and is not compatible with automatic transmission vehicles. Each kit includes necessary hardware and gaskets, though header bolts are not included. Armor Coated units are special-order items and typically require 10-14 days for production and shipping. The coating is backed by a 3-year guarantee against chipping, peeling, or flaking.
