Mandrel-Bent T6061 Aluminum Intercooler Piping Kit

The VRSF charge pipe upgrade kit is a high-performance replacement for the factory charge pipe, which is known to be prone to failure under both stock and tuned boost levels. This kit is designed to improve throttle response and decrease turbo lag, featuring mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum piping and precision-machined CNC billet aluminum flanges for the throttle body, intercooler, and vacuum connections. Each unit is TIG-welded, hand-finished, and finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coat. The kit includes 3-inch piping, 4-ply silicone couplers, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure a secure, leak-free installation. It also includes a plugged 1/8-inch NPT bung, allowing for the addition of water injection systems, boost leak testing, or a boost source. This kit is compatible with various N55-equipped BMW F-chassis vehicles, including 2012–2018 335i, 435i, M235i, M135i, ActiveHybrid 3, and 2016–2018 M2 models. For proper installation, it is recommended to inspect your existing throttle body C-clip and O-ring; if they are worn or lost, replacements are advised.
