The Speed Engineering 1-3/4" Universal Turbo Forward Facing Headers are constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with a natural finish, offering a balance of quality, performance, and affordability. These headers are precision-manufactured with mandrel-bent tubing and tig-welded construction, ensuring consistent fitment and flow. The primary tubes measure 1-3/4" and transition into a 3" collector, designed to optimize exhaust scavenging and turbocharger spool. These headers are engineered for a wide range of V8 LS engines, including 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, and LSA applications. They are also noted for fitment in 1999-2013 Silverado, Sierra, and SUV models. Bolts and standard graphite manifold gaskets are included, though multi-layer steel (MLS) gaskets are recommended. It is important to note that these are designated as RACE ONLY products, intended solely for competition purposes. Installation on a vehicle used on public roads or highways will violate the Clean Air Act. Additionally, a user reported that some dings may be necessary for steering clearance, indicating potential fitment adjustments may be required.
