Manley pistons are machined from high-strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust for long service life. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through a unique 'one fixturing' manufacturing method for maximum horsepower. They feature a proven offset wrist pin design and utilize 1.2, 1.2, 3mm rings (sold separately). Moly-coated skirts provide ultimate performance. Roundwire locks, .150 wall wrist pins, and pressure balance grooves are included. Compression ratios are calculated at 0.00" deck clearance, a 9.240" deck height, and a .051" thick compressed head gasket.
