These Platinum Series pistons are made from 2618 alloy for maximum high-temperature strength and fatigue resistance, designed for trouble-free installation, reliability, and horsepower. Features include "one fixturing" manufacturing for perfect ring groove to skirt squareness, an offset wrist pin design, and moly coated skirts. Each set includes roundwire locks, tool steel wrist pins, and pressure balance grooves. Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins are included with Standard Series, and 9310 Alloy wrist pins with Extreme Duty Series. Sold as a set of 8.
