Manley pistons are precision-machined from high-strength 2618 forged material, engineered for lightweight yet durable performance and long service life. These pistons feature a unique 'one fixturing' manufacturing method for perfect ring groove to skirt squareness, maximizing horsepower output. They incorporate a proven offset wrist pin design, 1.5mm, 1.5mm, and 3mm ring lands, and moly-coated skirts for optimal performance and reduced friction. Each set includes roundwire locks, tool steel wrist pins, and pressure balance grooves. Compression ratios are calculated at 0.00" deck clearance with a 9.240" deck height and a 0.042" thick compressed head gasket. This piston set offers a compression ratio of 11.6:1 with 64cc cylinder heads and 11.4:1 with 66cc cylinder heads. Piston rings are sold separately.
