Manley Performance 11537-8 Severe Duty Exhaust Valves are designed for high-performance street engines, bracket racing, and oval track applications. These valves are made from XH-428 stainless steel with chrome stems and hard tips for enhanced durability. They feature swirl-polished underhead areas and fully machined combustion faces for improved airflow and combustion efficiency. Manley claims their XH-428 exhaust valve material offers nearly double the ultimate tensile strength at 1500°F compared to competitors' EV-8. They have undergone rigorous fatigue tests, enduring up to 100,000,000 cycles at 40,000 psi and 1400°F.
