Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are meticulously crafted from 4340 aircraft-quality vacuum degassed material, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. Each rod undergoes a precise machining process to achieve optimal performance and is then shot-peened to Mil specifications. For quality assurance, every rod is individually magnafluxed, guaranteeing integrity. These connecting rods feature robust 7/16-inch ARP cap screws with 12-point heads, offering superior clamping force. Customers can choose from various material grades to maximize tensile strength according to their specific needs. Designed for demanding applications, these connecting rods are suitable for a wide range of vehicles and high-horsepower engines, supporting power outputs from 850 to 1,600 hp. They are engineered to be 0.235 inches longer than stock, incorporate a 0.990-inch wrist pin, and are designed with big block Chevy rod journals.
