Manley's "Platinum Series" pistons are designed for high-performance applications. They are made from 2618 alloy forgings and feature proven cam and barrel skirt profiles. The set includes tool steel wrist pins and, on select part numbers, moly skirt coatings. These pistons are lightweight, with an offset wrist pin for quieter startups and a pressure balance groove. They accommodate +1mm valve sizes. The set includes premium steel top rings, Napier seconds, and round wire locks. Manley's manufacturing process ensures optimal ring groove to skirt squareness. Each set contains four pistons, wrist pins, and rings.
