These springs feature a proprietary, multi-step heat-treating process to minimize load loss and computer-aided modeling to reduce valve bounce and valve gear separation. Their smaller diameter and lightweight design allow for higher, faster engine revs, while an extended tip thickness eliminates overload breakage and tightly controlled open-end flatness reduces valve stem side loading.
