Manual Transmission Assembly

The Nissan 32010-54P21 is a brand new, genuine OEM manual transmission assembly engineered to replace earlier iterations, including part numbers 32010-54P10, 32010-54P20, 32010-40P00, 32010-45P61, 32010-45P00, and 32010-54P00. Originally introduced by Nissan as a 1998-spec upgrade, this unit utilizes advanced double-cone synchronizers to resolve common grinding issues in 2nd and 4th gears often seen in high-mileage or abused original units. The shift gate geometry has also been refined to improve shift speed and feel between 2nd to 3rd and 4th to 5th gears. This assembly arrives as a complete unit, including a clutch pivot ball, clutch release fork, throw-out bearing and sleeve, and the neutral and reverse sensor switches, all pre-installed by Nissan. Please note that this transmission does not include a speed sensor, which must be transferred from your existing transmission. Important installation requirements: This unit is shipped pre-filled with fluid intended only for storage protection, not operation. You must flush and replace the fluid with a GL-4 type (such as Red Line or Nissan MT fluid) before driving the vehicle. European models equipped with a factory transmission cooler must either delete the cooler or drill and tap the new housing to accept the original banjo bolts. While this assembly can be bolted to a naturally aspirated (NA) motor using a Twin Turbo clutch and flywheel, be aware that the clutch pedal feel will change due to differences in the booster system.
