Show original supplier description

The USA Standard Manual Transmission Bearing Kit ZMBK132DWS is a comprehensive solution for rebuilding or maintaining Mazda 5-speed manual transmissions from 1990 and newer, specifically those equipped with synchronizers. This kit provides essential components to restore smooth gear engagement and ensure the longevity of your transmission. Key components of this bearing kit include a robust 20.5 mm double ball front counter shaft bearing for enhanced durability and smoother operation. It also features a single-piece 2nd gear synchronizer ring, contributing to precise gear selection. The kit differentiates between gear sets by noting that the 1st-2nd gear synchronizer rings are larger than the 3rd-4th gear rings, which are specified as having 36 teeth. This attention to detail in the design ensures proper fitment and function within the transmission. Manufactured by USA Standard Gear, this kit is built to meet demanding drivetrain requirements. It is designed as a direct replacement for specific Mazda 5-speed manual transmissions, ensuring a straightforward installation process for qualified technicians. Compatibility is explicitly for models from 1990 onwards that feature a 5-speed manual transmission with synchronizers.
